Week 52: Training and Review

Perhaps one of the hardest weeks in the year to hold together a training schedule, Thankfully my desire to escape lockdown with the grandparents ensured that I stuck to the task in hand. Workout of the week defintely goes to my trail running adventure around Mithian and down to the sea. 

The pool has been shut all week so no swim sessions to speak off. 

Saturday:

Bike: Now upto the heady hieghts of 1hr30mins on he bike, and i'm not getting bored. keeping it long and low with a couple of intervals here and there to mix it up a little. a little home gym stuff in the evening.

Sunday: 

A Christmas day run, what better !! 

Monday:

Shorter interval session onthe bike, in the absense of a turbo. 

Tuesday:

Home Gym and a quick spin on the bike 

Wednesday:

Rest Day, was scheduled to swim, but was already ahead on hours this week  

Thursday:

An adventure in trail running today managed to get a little lost in a Nature reserve, and ended up running a little to far.
