The 4th of May will see the start of an impressive weekend of Gig Rowing as 100's of crews descent on the Scilly Isles for the annual World Champs. If your one of those Rowers then it is likely your weekends are now full of some pretty intense training. If your back and shoulders are starting to suffer then get yourself booked in sooner rather than later.
